I have never felt confident in my own hair sans extensions.

My natural hair is very fine, lacks volume and always has! And being nearly 52, no amount of serums, masks or top of the line haircare can change the genetic hand I was dealt!

I am extremely grateful for the hair I do have because I have been on the other side.

But so many women suffer from age related thinning or sparse hair, baldness, Alopeccia or worse yet, cancer related hair loss.

My empathy for those women runs deep because I know it can be a real self esteem killer!

I am so honored to be the very first @raquelwelchwigs Co-Star and to be a part of the normalizing of #alternativehair!

I hope to help empower other women to wear it proudly and without explanation!

I mean, honestly, do you know how many celebrities have been wearing it for years?!

I too, have worn extensions on and off for years, but recently I have fallen in completely in love with the freedom that wigs and toppers bring!
